RANZ 2025 Conference
The 2025 RANZ Roofing Industry Conference was held in Rotorua from 16–18 June, bringing together over 350 roofing professionals, suppliers and partners from across Aotearoa.
Attendees took part in a packed programme of technical workshops, keynote speakers, networking, and sector updates – all designed to help support business success, connection, and growth.
This annual event is the go-to calendar highlight for New Zealand’s roofing industry, offering practical insights and inspiration for roofing businesses at every stage.
RANZ Awards Gala Dinner
The RANZ Awards Gala Dinner took place on the final night of conference, celebrating outstanding workmanship and achievement across New Zealand’s roofing sector.
The evening featured our flagship Residential and Commercial Roof of the Year awards, along with recognition for the Trainee of the Year and Training Company of the Year.
In 2025, we were also proud to present the prestigious Roofing Excellence Award, which is awarded biennially to an individual or company demonstrating outstanding contribution to the industry.

RANZ Regional Events
Our regional events are an opportunity for our CEO and Executive Committee to connect directly with local members across Aotearoa. These gatherings provide updates on key industry developments, the work RANZ is doing to support and strengthen the roofing sector, and the benefits available to members.
They also offer a chance for non-members to meet the RANZ team, ask questions, and gain insight into the value of being part of a national organisation committed to high standards, training, and advocacy in New Zealand roofing.
