RANZ Residential Roof of the Year

Highly commended: WL Waterproofing Company for Goodwood Heights, Auckland

Runner-up: Architectural Metalformers for Beach House Re-roof

Winner: Architectural Metalformers for Beach House

Judges' comment: A very smart roof with clever use of the of the standing seam metal to create a curve to an internal gutter.

Utilising the plywood as a substrate, this will improve the acoustic abilities of the roof. 

RANZ Commercial Roof of the Year

Highly commended: Graham Hill Roofing for Ahutoetoe School Milldale

Runner-up: CS Roofing Canterbury for Rolleston Hope Presbyterian Church

Winner: Edwards & Hardy Gisborne for De Lautour Medical Health Centre
